Andrew has more than twenty years of experience serving mid to large-size clients in a broad variety of industries, including:

In addition to assisting clients in their day-to-day advisory and tax compliance needs, Andrew works closely with companies (both public and private) to reduce their tax obligations with a special emphasis on:
- Managing the recognition of income and deductions for tax purposes (e.g., accelerating tax deductions and deferring income taxes)
- Maximizing their available research credits and other business incentives
- Minimizing their international tax burden on cross-border activities
He also assists business clients with governmental audits of their tax filings and working closely with the examining agents to complete their audits in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
Education & Affiliations
Andrew earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California Los Angeles, a Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University, and a Master of Business Taxation from the University of Southern California. Professionally, Andrew spent more than a decade working for two of the Big 4 accounting firms, during which he spent a year and a half working in the Washington D.C. national office. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
