Carl is a proactive business advisor to both private and public companies. With more than 20 years of experience, Carl joins SLGG with extensive professional knowledge in the delivery and coordination of tax services in the technology and consumer market industries. He is very familiar with the unique issues facing public and privately held companies. He has significant experience in managing global tax planning structures. Carl has worked with many companies in an acquisition environment. He has a proven track record managing the many facets of the federal and state tax systems and has served numerous companies with multi-state and international operations.

Carl spent more than 18 years with KPMG LLP. During his tenure as a partner, Carl led the firm’s high technology tax practice in Los Angeles.

Carl received his Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California State University, Los Angeles and holds a Master’s degree in Taxation from Golden Gate University.

Carl is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

He is available to speak to corporate and community groups on current tax and financial topics.
