The scope of his expertise ranges from directing assurance services and advising clients on mergers and acquisitions, to financing, strategic planning and other management issues. David has authored articles for publications such as the Orange County Register, Construction Link and the Los Angeles Business Journal on topics including profit enhancement and effective cash management.
