Harmeet Singh is a partner at Singer Lewak Greenbaum & Goldstein LLP, Certified Public Accountants & Management Consultants, and a member of the firm’s assurance and advisory department and Securities Industry Practice Group.

Experience
Harmeet has experience servicing companies in the middle-market industries both public and private closely held or venture funded companies.  His experience includes assisting companies with initial public offerings, secondary offerings, corporate restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions. In addition, he has significant knowledge related to SEC filing deadlines and registration requirements including the provisions of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002 (SOX) and PCAOB Audit Standards. Harmeet has provided audit and consulting services to companies in a variety of industries including technology, biotechnology, retail, entertainment & media, wholesale/distribution, and manufacturing.

Harmeet received his Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy and Finance from California State University at Northridge. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
