Norm has more than 45 years of experience in the accounting profession. As a business manager, he is responsible for the financial planning and management of many prominent individuals and production companies. In addition, he has had a wide range of experience in real estate investment and tax planning.

Additionally, he is active in various humanitarian organizations. Norm is a member and supporter of the Concern Foundation for Cancer Research as well as having been a Jewish Big Brother. He is currently the Treasurer and Board member of the California Jump $tart Coalition which is dedicated to improving financial literacy among schoolchildren, grades K-12.
