Risto M. Mitrovich, CPA is a partner at Singer Lewak Greenbaum & Goldstein LLP, Certified Public Accountants and Management Consultants. Risto is the partner-in-charge of the San Diego office and is responsible for consulting on merger and acquisitions, litigation support, audit and accounting.

Experience
Risto has more than 19 years of experience providing financial and consulting services to a wide variety of clients. He provides M&A advisory services to public and privately-held companies, venture capital and private equity firms. Such M&A advisory services include deal structuring, corporate and financial due diligence, GAAP and financial reporting analyses, and post-acquisition financial and operational integration. Risto offers litigation consultation to law firms and corporate management in defense and prosecution related to multifaceted financial accounting and securities litigation. This consultation includes review of financial statements and complex transactions for compliance with GAAP and SEC guidelines, evaluation of the adequacy of corporate internal controls over financial reporting, and guidance in the preparation of pleadings, complaints, motions and expert testimony. Risto's extensive experience has afforded him domestic and international exposure to public and privately-held entities in several industries including telecommunications, high technology, software development, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, real estate, and financial services companies.

Prior to joining the SLGG, Risto spent more than a decade with Deloitte & Touche LLP where he provided audit and M&A advisory services to a diverse group of public and privately-held clients as part of Deloitte's National Financial Advisory Services Group. He was contracted by a multi-national communications provider, as vice president of business development where he helped direct their domestic and international acquisition activity, and consulted on technical accounting issues. Most recently, he worked for a national law firm providing technical accounting and litigation consultation related to multi-billion dollar financial accounting and securities fraud.

Education and Affiliations
Risto graduated from San Diego State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the California Society of Certified Public Accountants, the San Diego Venture Group, and the Association for Corporate Growth.
