Steven J. Cupingood is a partner at Singer Lewak Greenbaum & Goldstein LLP, Certified Public Accountants & Management Consultants. He oversees the Los Angeles office’s Tax Services Practice.

Experience
Steve has over 21 years of experience in individual and business entity taxation. He specializes in the taxation needs of high net worth individuals, including the estates, trusts, family wealth and business management considerations. Steve also has extensive consulting experience in tax planning, research and compliance services. For the business sector, his work involves the following industries:

• distribution
• manufacturing
• entertainment
• technology (including software development)
• real estate
• nonprofit organizations

In addition to possessing strong technical expertise, he has extensive experience with corporate, partnership, individual and nonprofit tax entities.

A significant portion of Steve’s professional experience includes over six years in the tax department of a large, international accounting firm.

Education & Affiliations
Steve received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with an accounting major from California State University , Northridge, in 1984.  He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
