"SLGG treats NASI as an important client, and allocates sufficient resources to complete the work on time. SLGG shares our goal to file our SEC reports on time, and devotes the time and effort to meet the deadlines, even when NASI employees have caused some delays in the process. "The SLGG staff is very professional and competent. The NASI Audit Committee initially had some concerns about engaging a regional accounting firm, because they thought the experience level of the audit staff would not be the same as at a national firm. We have found the SLGG staff to be very professional and competent. We have noted that many of the SLGG staff have Big 4 experience, but they have chosen to work at a regional firm, instead of a national firm. The SLGG audits and reviews are very similar to those of a Big 4 firm, and in our view the experience and competence of the staff is equal to that of a Big 4 firm. "SLGG is very responsive in answering questions and resolving issues. When an accounting issue arose or we asked the engagement partner an accounting question at PWC, most of the time the local partner had to consult the national office before giving an answer. This process caused significant delays in resolving issues and some dealys in filing our SEC reports. In comparison, SLGG has been very prompt in responding to accounting issues and questions. Their headquarters is local, and the partners who are involved in answering questions are very responsive. "SLGG takes a very practical approach to audits and reviews. SLGG has completed both the fiscal year finiancial audit of NASI and the audit of our internal controls under the Sarbannes-Oxley Section 404. In both audits, they took a very practical approach, focusing on material balances and controls. As a result, the audits are very efficient and cost-effective for NASI."
